What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Lead estimating efforts for underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, etc.) and earthwork/site work components.
Perform takeoffs, review drawings, and analyze civil plans and specifications to quantify labor, materials, and equipment.
Solicit, review, and negotiate vendor and subcontractor quotes and material pricing.
Develop accurate cost models and databases; track actual costs vs. estimates; perform value engineering when possible.
