    General Job Function We are seeking a skilled and dependable Network Administrator with strong leadership abilities to lead a four member team and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for ensuring network uptime, system security, support coverage, nightly backups, and hardware/software purchasing. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with excellent organizational and leadership skills to maintain a secure, high-performing Microsoft-based environment, including Active Directory, SQL Server, and VMware systems. Key Job Duties: DO THE WORK: Ensure continuous network uptime and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime. Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and related network services. Manage and maintain VMware virtual infrastructure and Windows Server environments, including Microsoft Exchange, Sharepoint and SCCM. Oversee SQL Server performance, backups, and data security. Monitor and verify nightly backups for all critical systems, ensuring data integrity and recoverability. Maintain and monitor servers, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points to ensure security and optimal performance. Evaluate, recommend, and manage purchasing of network hardware, software, and IT supplies within approved budgets. Maintain accurate records of network configurations, licensing, backups, and asset inventory. BECOME YOUR BEST SELF: Keeps current on computer industry trends and emerging network technology. Experience managing SQL Server and VMware vSphere/ESXi environments. In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and firewall configurations. A typical day as a WHS Residential Human Service Tech is about providing a safe and caring environment where people can thrive while engaging in treatment. We are looking for applicants who will demonstrate boundaries, while interacting in warm, welcoming, and interested manner with clients at all times. You need to have some writing skills to document incidents and attention to detail to dispense medication to clients. You will support the clinical program by providing activities and educational groups. You will help coach clients on hygiene, room cleanliness, and encourage clients to attend and participate in daily treatment including groups. WHS Residential Human Service Tech works with a broad range of clients in both SUD recovery facilities* (Tranquility Home and Stepping Stones) and a mental health unit (Safe Haven - Crisis Transition Unit). You will use a wide variety of skills to engage clients in learning life skills and coping skills to enrich their treatment and help them become their best self. *(BFOQ- as our SUD facilities are gender specific. Only female applicants can work in Tranquility Home. Only male applicants can work at Stepping Stones.) Some transportation will be necessary; therefore, you will need a valid Utah driver license. You will also need CPR/First Aid and a Food Handler's Permit, which we will pay for once you begin employment. Most, but not all of these positions require approved background screenings through DACS. WHS Criminal Background Check & Drug Screening Disclaimer WHS is a drug-free workplace and requires all employees to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. WHS will not hire individuals currently using illegal drugs or abusing alcohol; therefore, making employment at WHS conditional upon successfully passing pre-employment drug screening by providing a valid sample.
