It was a great collaborative environment, the people were always willing to help one another and wanted to see each other grow in and outside the work place.
There was little growth from the clients but the company was willing to push growth and I think with some clients there was a disconnect between that relationship.
Summer Fridays!
Flexible work hours, great benefits, value strong work.
Organizational structure confusing, and some people jumped salaries by leaving then coming back.
