The Content Department is looking for a Producer to join WEBTOON's Los Angeles headquarters. Producers oversee the development and production of Original, Licensed, and Adapted stories that are published on the platform. Producers play a key role in developing and identifying potential IP, sourcing talent, and delivering high-quality stories.What You'll Do:
Develop and produce compelling Original stories that expand WEBTOON's slate
Identify trends in pop culture and develop relevant series that will appeal to a broader, non-comic reading market
Identify artistic and writing talent for projects in development
Oversee the full producing cycle from script adaptation, storyboards, and art development to publication
Review creative work at each stage and provide clear, actionable feedback

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of producing and editing experience at a top-tier comic publisher or entertainment brand
BA degree or equivalent professional experience
Comprehensive knowledge of the WEBTOON vertical-scroll storytelling structure
A proven track record of working with creatives from the initial pitch phase through final publication
Demonstrate a keen editorial eye for identifying high-potential talent and developing commercially viable new series
Strong interest in and knowledge of popular culture and current trends that appeal to a youth audience
