Discounts on buying grills parts and gift certificates to eat at Weber restaurants a big perk the work environment is adequate each have there own space everyone is helpful if you need a problem solved. Including upper management I totally enjoyed the ears I worked in customer service especially donuts friday

I can’t think of a thing that was not handled including info on new items had no problem
Had no problem was made to feel comfortable
The people you work with very few visitors to our work center therefore there was only a dress code when we had important people visiting us
