Digital Imagery CoordinatorThe Digital Imagery Coordinator assists in maintaining, updating and populating the complete image and digital asset library for Frames Data. Review daily/weekly image reports & audits, resolve image errors/issues, prepare and confirm image contracts, etc.Job Responsibilities:• Resolve issues in daily reports: Asset Errored Report; Report for images copied to the web servers; and Assets added to Emtermedia • Update VTO and QA missing reports • Reassign images promptly as reported in the weekly Panorama notification • Manage the "Samples to Send" process • Retrieve and process (clone, rename) all StudioBox and custom images as needed (for catalogs, websites, EyeRep, etc.) • Resolve image discrepancies in the database and troubleshoot retrieval/population issues • Prepare image fill-rate reports and act on results • Retrieve and supply images for catalogs and the CPP department when files are needed • Manage the Supplied Images process, including the "No QA" list by manufacturer • Prepare and manage custom imagery contracts; update the job log, CPP runsheet, and Salesforce entries • Create templates and execute contracts via DocuSign • Support data analytics and build Power BI dashboards • Serve as backup for the automated photography setup as needed • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1-3 years' related experience Experience in Microsoft Office Suite required; database software, digital asset management systems and/or Photoshop preferred. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and deploy Cognos reports (canned and ad-hoc), dashboards and self-service solutions using various studios in Cognos Analytics. * Build and maintain Framework Manager models and package design to provide robust semantic layers for reporting and analytics. * Develop complex SQL and stored procedures; work with data cubes and OLAP models where applicable. * Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues (query tuning, caching, data source optimization). * Maintain and implement security models in Cognos (roles, groups, or data-level security). * Work with data architects (SQL Server, SSIS, TM1, etc.) and source system owners to ensure data correctness, requirement-based enhancements, and new integrations. * Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, translate needs into technical specifications, and propose BI solutions. * Create and maintain documentation: design documents, technical specifications, runbooks, and end-user guides. * Implement change control and issue tracking; participate in release management and deployments across environments. * Aid power users for self-service reporting. * Promote development best practices and standards. * Support production environments, respond to incidents, and participate in on-call rotations as needed. * Stay current with Cognos product updates, new BI trends and tooling, and recommend improvements or migrations. * Strong stakeholder management with the ability to guide business users on best practices and trade-offs. * Detail-oriented and quality-first mindset with a focus on maintainability and reusability. * Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Desired Skillset: * Extensive knowledge of data analytics and Business Intelligence using tools such as Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS. * Strong SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, window functions) and experience tuning SQL for performance. * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Vertica, Postgres, etc) * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schemas). * Proven ability to troubleshoot reporting performance and system issues; knowledge of Cognos logging, caching, and query lifecycle. * Familiar with ETL processes and working collaboratively with ETL/data engineering teams. * Experience implementing security and access controls in Cognos. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Familiarity with platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Adobe Workfront, Salesforce. Cloud platforms like Azure, Cognos in cloud. Compensation: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
