Kevin Fletcher was named president – We Energies and Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) in May 2016. In this role, Fletcher is responsible for business operations and supplier diversity for WEC Energy Group’s two Wisconsin utilities: We Energies and WPS. Fletcher previously served as executive vice president – customer service and operations, a positon he held since the formation of WEC Energy Group in June 2015. Prior to the formation of WEC Energy Group, he served as senior vice president – customer operations for We Energies, since joining the company in November 2011. In that role, Fletcher had overall responsibility for the planning, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of the company’s electric and natural gas distribution systems in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Prior to joining We Energies, Fletcher was vice president – community and economic development at Georgia Power, Southern Co.’s largest subsidiary. In his 34-year career with Southern Co., Atlanta – 16 of those years as an officer – Fletcher held leadership positions in operations, customer service, marketing and sales. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. He also completed Harvard Business School’s advanced management program. Fletcher is a member of the board of directors of the American Gas Association and Mid-West Energy Research Consortium, and a member of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) Board of Regents.

Scott Lauber was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of WEC Energy Group in April 2016. In this role, Lauber has overall responsibility for the company’s strategic and financial planning functions. He also oversees the treasury, accounting, tax, insurance and risk management functions. Lauber joined Wisconsin Energy Corporation in 1990 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including financial manager – distribution operations, and manager – corporate accounting and budgeting. In 2003, he was appointed controller – delivery business. In 2011, he was appointed assistant treasurer. He was appointed vice president and treasurer for Wisconsin Energy and its utility subsidiary, We Energies, in February 2013. He was appointed vice president and treasurer for WEC Energy Group when the company was formed in June 2015. Previously, Lauber was a staff accountant in Arthur Andersen’s Milwaukee office.
