Job Summary
The Document Control Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily activities and workflow processes for a team of Document Control Specialists residing throughout the Peoples Gas territory as well as support for sister utilities under the WEC umbrella. This team interacts with various internal stakeholders to collect, process and maintain documents that are necessary to conform to company requirements; develops and maintains a comprehensive filing system and database for documents to be retained in the document control system; manages the operation of the various document control systems to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Job Summary

**Primary Purpose**

**Primary Purpose**
Act as a subject matter expert and program owner of environmental management areas as assigned that may include avian, wildlife, water, air, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, PCB management, USDOT, spill prevention, industrial services, recycling, and pollution prevention. Evaluate assigned environmental program performance and initiate changes towards continuous improvement. Provide support to Exelon management and field professionals in developing, planning, evaluating and implementing compliance/pollution prevention/lifecycle management programs, which reduce environmental liability and minimize financial impact on the company. Manage, coordinate, direct and monitor field activities of contractors to assure adherence to contract requirements and all applicable regulatory requirements. **Primary Duties**

Oversee consultants and associated budgets. (15%)
+ Assist with providing written comments and public testimony on regulatory proposals. Direct environmental studies to satisfy permit and regulatory requirements as required. Review and analyze legislative and regulatory developments for potential impacts on Company operations. (15%)
+ Establish processes and programs to monitor and track compliance performance, manage Environmental Programs according to budget. Provide direction on existing and proposed technical environmental regulatory requirements. (10%)
+ Maintain the Environmental Management Information System for tracking metrics and warehousing the company's regulatory requirements and measuring compliance performance. (10%)

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Primary Purpose**
Provides analytical schedule support for Project Managers, Managers of Projects and Directors. Ensure adherence to standard milestone reporting, policies, programs, processes and scheduling protocols. Primary Purpose
Manage complex transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and/or information technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams involving multiple disciplines and multiple operating areas including contract resources. Job Summary
These positions will begin in May/June 2026 and will be full-time through the summer. Interns will provide engineering support to Gas Engineering staff and gas utility field personnel on gas design, construction, operating, and maintenance projects, engineering analyses, testing, and investigations, while developing engineering skills, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication skills, and project management skills. Assist staff and field project engineers and managers on a wide range of projects in natural gas transmission and distribution.
Job Responsibilities
* Working under the direction of an engineering mentor, assist with analyses and preparation of plans, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and work procedures for projects in gas transmission and gas distribution. Examples: Review road and public works project plans for conflicts with WEC Energy Group facilities, and develop recommendations to resolve conflicts.
* Analyze commercial and industrial gas load requests and recommend metering and pressure regulating equipment.
* Utilize various computer programs, databases, spreadsheets, etc. to update computer models and perform network studies concerning gas system flow and capacity. Determine optimum design, costs, and economic justification of projects such as extensions of gas service to new customers or reinforcement of existing facilities to meet increasing gas loads.
* Build working knowledge of natural gas transmission and distribution engineering through exposure to a variety of facilities, construction projects, system maintenance work, and projects in various stages of analysis, design, planning, and execution. Understand application of project management to design and construction projects.

* High School Diploma, HSED, or GED
* Current pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering majors with a graduation date after June 2026.
