The Senior Service Desk Analyst leads the day-to-day operations of the IT support team, resolving complex technical issues and developing service desk policies to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

What You'll Be Doing
The Operations Coordinator performs the daily cashiering and operational functions for the branch office. The Coordinator is also responsible for liaising between the branch and home office on operational matters as well as providing overflow support to other branch associates.
What We're Looking For
* Perform daily cashiering functions for the branch related to incoming deposits of checks and securities, outgoing wires and checks.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 - $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

* Establish a reputation of execution and excellence. Gain confidence of FAs and Private Bankers to fully develop the cash management and lending opportunities with their clients
* Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns

Required Experience:
