As Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Steve is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, as well as the multiple business units it owns and operates. Steve spent the first ten years of his career in public accounting with Arthur Anderson and then Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving in their Audit practice. He later joined Tutor Perini Corporation as a Vice President - Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Wedgewood, from 2012-2015, Steve served as CFO of The Carrington Companies. Steve earned his degree in Accounting from Biola University.

Darin Puhl is a COO at Wedgewood and is based in Redondo Beach, California.

Lisa joined Wedgewood in 1987 as a financial analyst where she focused on asset acquisition. Lisa is one of the original partners of Wedgewood and returned in 2014 after taking a 10 year hiatus to raise her children. She continues at Wedgewood as Vice President of Finance concentrating in finance, banking and investor relations. Lisa started her education at UC San Diego in Management Science then graduated from UCLA in 1988.

Rick Gehringer joined Wedgewood in March 2020. He currently leads our technology group focused on technical innovation and business process automation. Rick held top technology management roles at The Westfield Group, The Brookings Institution, The Milken Institute, and Caruso Affiliated. He also led a technology business unit at Trimble focused on project controls systems for large asset owners. Rick earned his MS in Technology for Business from the Johns Hopkins Business School, and holds a BS in Finance. He was awarded professional certificates from Cornell University and the MIT Sloan School of Business.
