The amount of unprofessionalism in the management sector can leave you feeling discouraged and unmotivated. As this may be true for the management sector it is not however true for the upper Administration levels the general manager and the general assistant manager are great at their job they are positive supportive and everything that one would want in a general manager they are what makes the team a team and they make you feel like you're part of the team and that you do matter
I think the leadership team minus the managers at Wedgwood Resort are top notch
