The pro at Wedgewood Weddings & Events (The Pines by Wedgewood) they have really great benefits, a lot hours, and a great hourly PayScale.
In my experience I've never worked for a company like Wedgewood Wedding & Events (The Pines by Wedgewood), that there management team, i.e.. General Manager and Opening Manager were so sneaky about stuff. That they hide it from there staff. If you apply for a position at this location beware of the General Manager. His lack of communication is beyond what you expect.
When training staff for an opening location. You should really have your opening manager and General Manager at that location communicate with the other management team about changes and there job description. Hiding things and having a lack of communication with your staff is profound in this industry.
The leadership team at (The Pines by Wedgewood) failed in all aspects of training, communication and leadership. The General Manager failed to do his job as leader of his team. The opening manager failed at his job as a leader and manager. His lack of communication is very poor along with his leadership.
