Full Job Description Technicians who are hired at the Toledo facility are expected to gain skills utilizing a pay and progression system that is based on pay-for-skills. ( $21.40 to start, $24.22 after 1 yr, $29.27 after 3 yr, $32.41 after 4 yr) Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. SUMMARY Technicians will be expected to operate various production and packaging-related equipment to support plant production.
