Job Title Commercial Painter Responsible to ensure the buildings are kept up to a high standard by keeping the office walls presentable with fresh paint, which also insides the cleanroom spaces. You will use your strong attention to professionally paint recently vacated apartments to help prepare them for rent to new residents. The How… You get to use your one year of general maintenance experience to prepare all paintable surfaces in the unit (including patching, sanding, and priming where needed), neatly and cleanly paint prepared surfaces, and complete clean-up and touch-up work before the move-in date.
