Job Summary
Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology (DEEP&T) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Product Manager to drive the product roadmap for the Experimentation Data team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Data Products within the Data Platform organization, this pivotal role will spearhead the development and expansion of Disney's cutting‑edge experimentation data platform within DEEP&T. This position is charged with shaping, planning, and launching groundbreaking data features that will revolutionize experimentation on Disney's media products, driving unparalleled user experiences that captivate audiences worldwide.
Responsibilities and Duties
Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the proprietary experimentation data platform and associated tools that support Disney Media & Entertainment streaming products (Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu) and other digital properties.
Create and nurture cross‑functional relationships to align technology initiatives with business goals and ensure successful program delivery launches.
Provide product management expertise for the Experimentation Data engineering team and the products it supports by partnering with stakeholders in providing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritizing work and removing any business‑related roadblocks.
Oversee the management, integration, and planning of data processes with associated upstream and downstream partner teams, ensuring seamless data flow to support timely and informed decision‑making.
Partner with the engineering team in architecting and deploying robust data pipelines that process experimental data with high efficiency and minimal latency. Develop and integrate APIs to deliver experiment results in near real‑time, and design advanced analytical tools to enhance experiment analysis and outcome visualization.
Drive awareness and engagement by delivering timely communications and targeted presentations to highlight feature launches and their business impact.
Collaborate with cross‑functional data and engineering teams to develop, test, and deliver high‑quality products and features.
Oversee end‑to‑end business readiness, including planning, sequencing, testing, enablement, launch, iteration, and support.
Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key blockers, and establish appropriate resolution mitigations.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience delivering data products, services, and capabilities
Proven track record in building and optimizing big data pipelines with emphasis on A/B testing, data governance, and reporting
Strong understanding of big data technologies, data modeling, and data‑driven decision‑making
Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
Skilled in defining MVPs, planning iterative releases, and driving execution
Highly analytical with strong technical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
Effective at prioritizing in ambiguous environments and balancing competing demands
Experience in using AI to help improve personal and team efficiencies
Influential leader with experience driving alignment across organizational boundaries

We have an exciting Sales role within our Health Research business with **Ovid Technologies** as a Senior Sales and Business Development Representative for the EBP, **Research and Quality Improvement Workflow solution - Ovid Synthesis.**
This role is responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for large key accounts. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues from the Ovid Sales Team to establish new sales of Ovid Synthesis at existing accounts, while also working independently to create secure new deals.
Your role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our company. Focused primarily on generating new business, you will be at the forefront of expanding our client base and forging valuable partnerships with Hospitals and Health Systems in the Central United States.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **New Deal Generation:** Proactively seek out and identify potential clients and opportunities, with a primary focus on closing new business deals.
+ **Lead Qualification:** Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and business objectives.
+ **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute strategies to approach and engage prospective clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
+ **Pitch and Presentation:** Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
+ **Negotiation and Closing:** Handle negotiations with prospective clients, addressing any objections, and guiding them through the sales process to secure new contracts.
+ **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
+ **Proven Sales Experience:** Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a focus on acquiring new business and closing complex new business deals.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:** Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent experience
**Experience**
+ 5+ years of field sales experience; or related experience
+ Complex sales and solution selling experience
+ Knowledge of hospital quality improvement industry preferred
+ Experience negotiating with hospital leadership, information technology, and Procurement
+ Publishing or Information industry would be a plus
+ Clinical market experience
+ Knowledge of Windows, Internet/WWW, CRM Applications, and Salesforce
+ Interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments within Health Research

Position Summary
The Operations Staff are responsible for the set up, tear down, and cleaning of the venue. They are expected to changeover venue spaces between events, including during overnight changeovers. Responsibilities
* Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition
* Performs routine maintenance activities
* Performs heavy cleaning duties
* Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors
* Gathers and empties trash
* Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities
* Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment
* Cleans windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers
* Assist with the set up and tear down of pipe and drape, tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed in theater and meeting spaces
* Set/strike to include the manual movement of equipment throughout the facility from storage areas to event spaces and back to storage
* Review work assignments and data sheets with the Operations Manager
* Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions
* Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
* Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture
* Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems
* Provide excellent customer service to both employees and guests
* Communicate and respond via radio to janitorial and operations staff calls
* Maintain equipment storage, ensure orderly and clean storage spaces
* Perform other duties as assigned by OVG management staff
