Pros of working at Weirton Medical Center
There are no pros!
Cons of working at Weirton Medical Center
Your vacation time is also capped! Your self worth is never appreciated! Your quality of work is not rewarded ! Years of service is not beneficial! Your rate caps according to your job! Your hourly rate is capped! After 33 years of employment I had to go out on Disability.. I was just gone. I received no retirement benefit, no hey thanks for your years of service, no card… not one word from anyone. WMC uses people to do the work and when something happens to you.. they do not care one bit. These years that I gave WMC and I was just someone to sit in that chair. Do not work at this place, it will be a waste of your time.
