    About the Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Pediatrician's Office located within a Medical Office Building (MOB), you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. You will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, managing medical records, and ensuring a safe and comforting environment for young patients. Ultimately, your work will contribute to promoting the health and well-being of pediatric patients through compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in an outpatient clinical setting. Minimum Qualifications: * Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing). * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Experience or clinical exposure in pediatric nursing or related healthcare settings. * Strong knowledge of pediatric growth and development, immunization schedules, and common childhood illnesses. Preferred Qualifications: * Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. * Experience working in an outpatient pediatric or primary care setting. * Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in pediatric practices. * Additional certifications in child health or family nursing.
