Pros of working at Weis Markets

Interacting with customers when they're pleasant.

Cons of working at Weis Markets

Pretty much everything. Terrible managers and leadership that don't care about employees nor have experience in the position over which they're managing, and they are blatantly obvious with favorites. Poor and scattered hours or way overscheduled, no inbetween, with little pay on top of it.

Weis Markets benefits

You get 10% of Weis brand products, but that's pretty much nothing, especially nowadays.
