Interacting with customers when they're pleasant.
Pretty much everything. Terrible managers and leadership that don't care about employees nor have experience in the position over which they're managing, and they are blatantly obvious with favorites. Poor and scattered hours or way overscheduled, no inbetween, with little pay on top of it.
You get 10% of Weis brand products, but that's pretty much nothing, especially nowadays.
I love being a cake decorator and interacting with customers and seeing their reactions when they pick up their cake orders.
Being over worked and underpaid and the constant turn overs and lack of help.
I receive 10% off on all Weis Markets products and I have great benefits.
