Challenging projects. Good co workers.
Inexperienced management that seemed to be concerned of losing their job because of their lack of knowledge and experience. An owner that bases his decisions on a single person's opinion. $12,000 per year towards medical out of pocket.
Checks didn't bounce.
At one time it was great. After key retirements and uneducated replacements the place tanked .
Hire key figures with accomplished experience and weed out the pretenders.
Took a shower and wore my lucky undies.
Below average, being a custom manufacturer.

Learning new technologies and processes.
Management Regime change with lack of experience and the backing of owner changed the whole moral of the company. Experienced people left or got fired because they saw through the inexperience the new management had. The ones that stayed obviously would never find a job elsewhere because of their lack of knowledge.
The benefits are terrible. Two weeks vacation. $10,000 /yr out of pocket for medical benefits.
Since the departure of key persons, the replacements have no clue of responsibility and knowledge of those responsibilities.
Have the owner retire and hire an accomplished ceo that can run a business without having power struggles.
Didn't need to. My experience was self explanatory.
Below Average, because the benefit contribution was outrageous.
Non management people. They aren't trying to back stab to better themselves.
Use to be good. New regime, lack of knowledge and leadership.
New lack of experience molding manager that thinks he's done it all. Nobody wants to work with him.
