Learning new technologies and processes.

Cons of working at Weiss-Aug

Management Regime change with lack of experience and the backing of owner changed the whole moral of the company. Experienced people left or got fired because they saw through the inexperience the new management had. The ones that stayed obviously would never find a job elsewhere because of their lack of knowledge.

Weiss-Aug benefits

The benefits are terrible. Two weeks vacation. $10,000 /yr out of pocket for medical benefits.

What do you like best about Weiss-Aug's CEO and the leadership team?

Since the departure of key persons, the replacements have no clue of responsibility and knowledge of those responsibilities.

How would you improve Weiss-Aug's culture?

Have the owner retire and hire an accomplished ceo that can run a business without having power struggles.

How did you prepare for the Weiss-Aug interview?

Didn't need to. My experience was self explanatory.

How does your compensation at Weiss-Aug compare to the industry average?

Below Average, because the benefit contribution was outrageous.

What brings you the most joy at Weiss-Aug?

Non management people. They aren't trying to back stab to better themselves.

Use to be good. New regime, lack of knowledge and leadership.

Cons of working at Weiss-Aug

New lack of experience molding manager that thinks he's done it all. Nobody wants to work with him.
