The ideal candidate is trustworthy, consistent, deeply service-oriented, and passionate about helping clients feel seen, supported, and motivated. This is a contract role responsible for delivering personal training sessions, conducting fitness assessments, guiding clients through our signature mind body protocols, and upholding the high standards of our service packages. Key Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 personal training sessions following Welcome Home Gym protocols, safety standards, and coaching style. Deliver structured sessions that follow our assessment process, warm-up flow, workout blueprint, and cool-down protocols. Incorporate elements of the aromatherapy, meditation, and mindfulness add-on packages when applicable (training provided). Maintain outstanding communication, including session confirmation, schedule adjustments, post-session notes, and client check-ins. Document programming, progress, and session details according to company guidelines. Uphold a professional and welcoming client experience at every touchpoint. Demonstrate reliability: arriving early, being prepared, bringing proper tools/equipment, and following all WHG procedures. Collaborate with management regarding client needs, risks, or program adjustments. Maintain a clean, safe, supportive environment that reflects the Welcome Home Gym brand. Build trust with clients by maintaining confidentiality, showing empathy, and guiding them with patience and professionalism. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, compliance with safety standards, and customer service.
