**Job Title: Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled welders to join our team, specializing in Flux Core Welding on Mild Steel to construct barges. The role involves utilizing MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques, interpreting blueprints, and collaborating effectively within a team under supervision. **Responsibilities** + Perform Flux Core Welding on Mild Steel for barge construction. + Utilize MIG and TIG welding techniques as required. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Collaborate with team members and work under the guidance of a supervisor. + Ensure quality and precision in welding tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in Flux Core, MIG, and TIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Previous welding experience of 3-6 months. + Strong team collaboration skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with stainless steel, stick welding, carbon steel, and structural steel. + Ability to perform tack fitting and fabrication tasks. + Completion of a weld test ranging from 1-5F. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
