TIG/MIG Welder Temp-to-hire 1st shift in Bedford Schedule • 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Fri) Job OverviewWe're seeking TIG and/or MIG welders with a keen eye for clean, precise, and visually appealing aluminum welds. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of professional experience, be adept at interpreting blueprints, and exhibit exceptional attention to detail. Experience TIG welding stainless steel is considered a bonus. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality TIG or pulse MIG welds, primarily on aluminum components Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings accurately Inspect welds for form, function, and finish Maintain welding equipment and enforce safety standards Regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Required Qualifications TIG or pulse MIG welding experience on aluminum Proven ability to create clean welds Ability to read tape measure and use of clamps/tools Blueprint reading and interpretation skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Able to pass a pre-employment weld and shop skills assessment Preferred Qualifications Experience MIG or TIG welding stainless steel Prior exposure to tank or metal fabrication environments (e.g., automotive, construction, hydraulics) Why Apply?
