SunMED Medical is seeking a mastectomy (CMF)/compression garment fitter to join our NY location, A Personal Touch Boutiques, in either a part-time or full-time capacity. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. Provides clear and concise paperwork to the inside sales team to facilitate product ordering. Communicates effectively with inside sales team. Helps to obtain prescriptions and additional paperwork when asked. · Measures patients for Mastectomy and Lymphedema products. Completes the correct forms based on the products ordered. Ensures a proper fit for each patient. Works with the inside team when a return is necessary. Is familiar with products and assists therapists/customers/patients with product selection. Schedules fitting appointments efficiently in order to accomplish as many fittings as possible each day. Upon delivery in the Boutique, ensures a proper fit of garments. Develops positive relationships with local referral sources and manufacturer reps. Traveling to other boutique and facility locations for fittings, as needed. Qualifications Prior Mastectomy and Compression Garment Fitting Experience preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Understanding of Insurance and the ability to convey benefits to patients Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and other employees. Ability to build rapport with customer and personalize their experience. Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills. Job Description Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is no ordinary tank construction company. We specialize in the complex and fast-paced environment of tank repair on a nationwide scale. No two tanks are alike, so when they need repair, they often pose unique or complicated technical issues. Our experienced engineering staff are well-versed in API 650, API 653, AWWA D100, AWWA D103, API 12D, and other tank specifications. We build and repair welded above-ground storage tanks (ASTs), bolted tanks, and related structures. We also inspect, install, and repair tank systems such as aluminum geodesic dome covers, aluminum internal floating roofs (IFRs), IFR mechanical shoe seals, liquid level gauges, fire protection systems, silo support structures, industrial storage tanks, and heating and insulation systems. Day to Day Duties: Performing arc and torch cutting and gouging. Using generators, compressors, tuggers, blowers, grinders, and other power and air tools. Welding plate with 7018, 7024 and 6010 stick (SMAW), flux core (FCAW), and submerged arc automatic machines (3 o'clock and “goat”/tractor). Using come-alongs, hydraulic jacks, hoists, air bags, winches, and other lifting equipment. Using tank shell buggies, tank scaffolding, tank ladders, and other specialty equipment. Performing vacuum box tests, oil tests, dye penetrant tests, and other non-destructive quality examinations. Using gas monitors, fresh air kits, respirators, emergency rescue kits, and other safety equipment. Operating forklifts, man lifts, boom lifts, and other large lifting equipment. Knowledge of crane operations (including rigging and signaling) Reading detailed erection and fabrication drawings. Planning the sequence and methods of fitting up, welding, repairing, and constructing tanks. Completing job safety analysis, safety audits, site-specific training, and other safety training. This position includes enrollment in our 20-week, Arc & Flame Training Program in Rochester, NY. The $11,000 training cost is covered. Compensation and benefits begin at the start of your training date. Performs all position welding on an assortment of structures and weldments in accordance with code requirement, alignments and dimensional specifications. Requires a broad knowledge of welding technology in addition to extensive welding experience, fulfills ASME section IX welding qualifications. Reports directly to Production Supervisor, Weld Shop or his/her designate. Key Results Areas by level of work Level I: Quality - Complete and accurate work performed efficiently 1. Production quality and efficiency using appropriate tools and equipment, qualified to perform special processes as needed * Working from drawings, specifications, manuals, codes, etc., sets up welding equipment and obtains electrodes and other necessary equipment for specified job or subassembly. * Investigates special welding instructions to conform to Quality Assurance requirements. * Slag work; examines weld for size of bead, penetration and quality continuous code welding and testing. * Visually examines completed weld for size of bead, penetration and quality. * Understand and work with complicated standards or special structures and weldments involving a number of parts and details, using clamp, tack weld, jigs, fixtures, and turning rigs. * In preparation of surfaces to be welded, will use a variety of tools such as grinder, chippers and arc gouging equipment. * Size of positioning of work may require incumbents of this position to operate a variety of material handling equipment including jibs, overhead cranes, and their accessories. * Uses an assortment of measuring tools such as straight edge, tape, welding gauges, etc. to ensure proper weld dimensions * Consistently meets customer's quality requirements and expectations. 2.
