Key Responsibilities: • Perform TIG welding to fabricate or repair metal parts and structures • Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings to determine project requirements • Inspect welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment in safe and efficient working condition • Prepare surfaces and materials for welding (cutting, grinding, cleaning, fitting) • Use measuring tools and inspection gauges to ensure accurate dimensions • Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) • Assist in other fabrication or assembly tasks as needed • Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: 3+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication setting • Highly proficient in TIG welding; MIG and Stick welding a plus • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols • Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in metalworking • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, overhead) • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Nice to Have: • Formal welding certification (AWS or equivalent) • Experience with aluminum or stainless steel welding • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain • Experience with fabrication techniques and sheet metal work What We Offer: ✅ 95% employer-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employee ✅ 401k with 4% employer match ✅ Paid time off (PTO) and holidays ✅ A supportive, team-oriented work environment ????
