The ultimate goal of this rigorous program is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a Club Fitter. Responsibilities:
In order to learn the entirety of our retail business at the store level, each participant in the program will spend time in the following areas :
Building rapport with golfers
Creating positive, engaging and best in industry one-on-one fitting experiences
Utilization of Trackman launch monitors, Quintic and Foresight systems to facilitate fittings
Guiding golfers through the equipment selection process
Product merchandising and organization
Extending customer service through trade-in transactions and point-of-sale
Executing club repair
Accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
A passion for the game of golf
Experience as a tournament or college level player
Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Aptitude for understanding the technical aspects of golf equipment
Previous employment in golf industry (Preferred)
