Expectations / Qualifications:
* Some relevant mechanical and manufacturing experience required.
* Training and/or prior experience with Mig welding, to include a basic understanding of machines and tools used in welding.
* High School diploma or GED.
* Good general math skills and ability to read tape measure.
* Strong hand/power tool knowledge and experience.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Dependable with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols preferred.
* Must be capable of physical demands of the position including walking, standing, climbing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and lifting/moving (up to 50 pounds).
* Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, recognizing various sounds and temperatures.
* Must have a driver's license.
* Must be willing to work overtime.
* Must be able to pass Drug screening test.
Starting pay will be $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and training needed. We may be willing to pay more based on applicable mechanical and mig welding work experiences (we do conduct a weld test).

TIG/MIG Welder (Stainless Steel)
Pay: $17-25/hr. (based off of skill level and weld test) +15% shift differential for 2nd shift
Shifts:
1st = Mon - Fri (7am to 3pm)
2nd = Mon - Thu (1pm - 11pm)
Ability to train on 1st shift for 2nd shift position
Description:
We are seeking a TIG/MIG Welder who is comfortable working with thin stainless steel for a metal manufacturing shop.
Qualifications:
Performing both Mig & Tig Welding applications daily.
Reading and understanding blueprints and weld symbols
Welding Light Gauge Steel, Aluminum and working with Fixturing.
Ensuring safety and quality guidelines are met
Ability to stand for more than 4 hours at a time.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work in hot/cold warehouse environment
Job Duties:
