This role requires proficiency in MIG welding, jig setup, and the ability to work with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Job Duties: Be able to set up straight section jigs to width of tray and rung spacing Be able to weld all basic types of ladder-type trays Set up welding guns for both steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts Responsible for maintaining quality and production standards Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and Experience: Required: Ability to pass a welding test MIG welding experience Willingness to work with a computer English language proficiency, both written and spoken Ability to read blueprints Preferred: Completed welding school
