Qualifications: * Current welding certification/completion from (AWS), Trade School, 900 hour or equivalent welder/fabricator course or 15 years documented experience. * Candidate must possess knowledge of welding theory, welding code requirements, and certification mandates. * Strong fundamentals and respects, follows and enforces safety protocols. * Ability to work with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds in various learning settings. * Be able to pass a multi process welding and cutting Evaluation. * 5 years of experience in fabrication, fitting, iron work, welding, cnc, pipe, and related metal working industries civilian and military. * Bend test, osha, torch and fire watch certifications, or DOT Certifications ARE required. Do not apply if you don't have a min of 3G in @ least 2 Processes. * Comfortable demonstrating and instructing SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, Plasma, Oxy-fuel in all positions. Compensation: The hourly pay for this position is $28. Benefits: * New Jersey Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
