Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate durable medical equipment needs. Take accurate measurements and perform fittings for orthotic and prosthetic devices in alignment with patients' individual requirements. The Experienced Fabrication Welder is a more experienced welding role responsible for leading complex welding and fabrication tasks in MMF's shop. This individual will ensure high-quality production, mentor junior welders, and contribute to continuous improvement in shop operations.
