Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Welding and Team Leadership role based in Irvington, NJ. Fabricate and repair metal components, frames, and structures for vessels, barges, and marine equipment.
Welding of padeyes and lashing brackets on different floating assets to support offshore operations.
Assist with marine salvage operations, including cutting, rigging, lifting, and structural recovery tasks.
Work safely and effectively in challenging environments, including on the water on crane barges, docks, and offshore job sites.
Operate and maintain welding, burning, and cutting equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Collaborate closely with team members during heavy lift, dive, and salvage operations.
