Job Title: Pipe Welder Job Responsibilities: A Pipe Welder performs any of the following duties on construction projects, sometimes working in varying capacity when required. * Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts. * Prepare materials, including cutting, grinding, beveling and layout. * Perform high-quality welding on pipe and structural steel using multiple welding processes, including SMAW (stick) TIG and MIG with various materials. * Operate tools and equipment such as torches, grinders, saws and lift equipment safely and effectively. * Weld and Fabricate to support Commercial and Civil construction projects. * Other duties as necessary for the successful execution of tasks related to the project, including the ability to lift up and over 50 lbs.
