Multiple Shifts Available. **Responsibilities** + Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders. + Set up jigs and fixtures by adjusting fixtures and equipment. + Operate equipment using efficient procedures to meet production standards. + Use necessary measuring tools to ensure required quality standards are met. + Maintain all required records and keep the work area clean. + Follow all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of dies and equipment. + Perform fixture set-ups and operation, buffing, spot welding, operating special welding fixtures, MIG welding, loading jigs, packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Previous experience in a welding capacity, such as in farming or manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine loading is a plus. + Ability to pass a welding test. + Strong attendance and punctuality. **Work Environment** You will work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.
