Check all dimensional criteria regarding welding with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, borescopes, and gages. Clean parts and repair welds based on rejection sheets and NDT analysis (Visual, Fluorescent Penetrant, and Radiographic Inspections). * Follow Safety and Compliance Standards: Adhere to company rules and regulations, including Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, and International Trade Compliance; maintain a clean work area. * Support and Train: Assist in training other welders, plan and perform a variety of welding operations, interpret technical documents, and use computer-controlled welding equipment as needed. * Hours: Monday-Friday; 3:30PM-11:30PM (Weekend Overtime Required) * Physical & Work Environment Requirements: * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Must possess strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. * Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods. * Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs.
