Connect and adjust welding cables for proper amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse as per specifications. Guide electrode or welding gun along the weld line, ensuring correct arc length, speed, and fusion depth. Perform tack welding, manual application of filler rod, degreasing of weld joints, and grinding or chemical cleaning as necessary. Repair broken or cracked parts and remove excess weld, defective material, slag, and spatter using grinders, gougers, or scrapers.
