Job Description The department lead will function as a working technical resource in the assigned department and will have some supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weld preparation, welding, fabrication and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to engineering drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction. Use of various types of precision measuring instruments. Assist department manager with coordination, management and monitoring of production schedules and production performance.
