Weld Certified, or ability to pass certification tests and weld for the robotic welding processes above, including certification for those processes. Proficiency in Welding procedures, plasma cutting, oxyfuel cutting required. Be able to make RT & UT weld repairs preferred (or ability to learn welding required) Familiar with GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, GTAW & SAW welding processes. Ability to learn basic robotic programming and trouble-shooting Blueprint, BOM, Customer Specifications, Weld Procedures, weld symbols, scope documentation and Written Instruction proficiency Ability to safely utilize overhead cranes and other lift assists. Problem-solving (Yes! We want you to think and share your ideas!) Willingness to be flexible with job duties to meet plant and customer requirements (If you've been in this business a while, you know that the customer rules, so sometimes we have to be flexible!)
