What you'll do: In this function, you will: * Perform simple repetitive tasks using bolts, screws, clips, hand tools, and other fastening devices. * Operate welding units for aluminum and steel; making minor adjustments as needed. * Remove excess weld and imperfections using grinders, brushes, chisels, or scrapers. * Work under close supervision using models, samples, or engineering drawings. * Support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but not limited to 5S and visual mangment tools. * Participate in Kaizen events and improvement activities across the facility. * Train on material flow, shop orders, BOM and inspection sheets. * Read and interpret enginerring drawings, blueprint, and shop drawings accurately. * Operate welding units, machinery, and presses safely and proficiently. * Identify raw material types and gauges; using measuring tools like tape measures, scales, and calipers. * Understand and apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year welding experience in a manufacturing environment (MIG/TIG). * Experience adjusting and troubleshooting welding equipment. * Experience identifying defects and measure workpiece to ensure conformance. * No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
