The Welder will be welding of rebar of all sizes. Fabricate rack brackets, supports and junction boxes, miscellaneous repairs to equipment, trailers and job shacks and other company owned items, equipment and vehicles.
**Responsibilities**
+ Welds together components of products specified by layout, blueprints, diagram, and work order, welding procedures or oral instructions.
+ Sets controls on welding machine in conformance with WPS.
+ May weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions as qualified.

Responsibilities:
Machinist and Maintenance
Uses precision tools, machinery, and equipment such as lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, band saw and a variety of cutting and welding equipment such as TIG, MIG and Oxy-Acetylene.
Fabricates and shapes parts such as tools and machine parts out of metal, plastics, and composites
Properly and safely selects, aligns, secures, and removes holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machines
Positioning, aligning, fitting, and welding parts for the formation of subunits or complete units using jigs, hand tools, and welding torches.
