Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and climb stairs/ladders regularly.

The Senior Aluminum Welder is responsible for performing high-quality aluminum welding and fabrication while leading and supporting junior welders. This role requires advanced welding skills, strong knowledge of aluminum alloys, and the ability to read technical drawings to produce structurally sound and visually clean welds that meet safety and quality standards.
