This includes cleaning, grinding, sanding, deburring, and inspecting metal components to ensure they meet quality and production standards. Job Description The Structural Steel Welder is responsible for fitting, welding, and assembling structural steel components using flux-core welding processes in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards. This position is essential in producing high-quality steel assemblies for EZARC's fabrication operations. Key Responsibilities Perform flux-core (FCAW) welding on structural steel per project drawings and weld symbols. Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings accurately. Fit, align, and secure parts using clamps, jigs, fixtures, and measuring tools. Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance to specifications. Safely operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and assemblies. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workspace in clean, safe condition.
