    $2.00 an hour additional for night differential Due to Diamond Mowers adding an additional Robot we are now hiring for a Night Shift Robotic Welder they will report to the CI Weld Manager. They will also be responsible for the setting up and operation of computer-controlled machines or robots to perform one or more machine functions on steel products. Key Roles: Read blueprints. Produces high quality products. (Tack parts to a tight tolerance) Focus on details and demonstrate efficient time management. Knowing when and what to pre-weld Repairing welds Ability to learn basic robotics functions and programming. Responsibilities: Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and management Learn all aspects of robotics product line. Maintain great attendance to ensure manufacturing plans are met and individual accountability. Ensure proper lifting techniques; including proper hoist usage, asking for assistance, or any other measure to ensure safe lifting techniques are completed. Keeps a neat and clean work environment Wears proper safety gear where/when required, Exp: weld helmet, gloves, shields and steel toed boots. Strive for an injury free workplace through a “safety first” attitude. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
