The shop is equipped with a wide range of tools, drills, cold saws, bandsaws, grinders, tapping arms, laser, press brake, overhead crane, forklift, etc. We are looking for a fabricator with the following skills: Advanced MIG(75%) & TIG (25%) Expert at interpreting shop drawings to make parts and develop a work plan/sequence. Perform accurate layout of plates, holes, bends, etc. Skilled in the use of layout tools like scribes, squares, tapes, protractors, levels, etc. A Fabricator needs to be able to meet Hesters welding standards, and must know how to set up the machine, diagnose problems, and make high quality welds. As a Fabricator you will need to be humble and ready to learn every day. Our shop produces and utilizes new techniques to produce unique parts every day.
