SUMMARY
The Pulse Mig Aluminum Structural Welder is responsible for performing welding tasks on aluminum materials using the Pulse Mig process in all positions. This role also includes handling miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities also include but are not limited to:
Prioritize safety and adhere to quality standards during all aluminum welding operations.
Configure welding machines according to job requirements or Welding Procedure Specifications for pulse mig aluminum welding.
Utilize personal basic tools and equipment for welding tasks if not provided by the workplace.
Perform aluminum welding based on the required Pulse Mig process and parameters.

Our AdvanTec Manufacturing USA team is looking for an experienced and energetic Welder/Fabricator 2 to join our Doors Department at our facility in Arlington, WA The Doors department works a 5 day week, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
The Welder/Fabricator 2 is responsible for reading and analyzing blueprints and engineered drawings to complete production welding of standard and custom product. Responsibilities will include the use of various hand tools, the fabrication of custom products from supplied drawings, fabrication of custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as the fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment.
Essential Functions for this Role are:
TIG welding of aluminum, stainless steel and steel.
Cutting and prepping material for welding.
Read and interpret drawings or welding process specifications.
Adhere to all safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions when operating tools and machinery and performing tasks
Troubleshoots manufacturing issues and follows reporting process
Ensures work area remains clean, safe and clear of hazards
Monitor parts usage and report on any material issues
Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Keep detailed and accurate reports and documentation per the Quality Management System.
Maintain a working knowledge of changes in technology, compliance, and techniques.

What You Will Do

JOB SUMMARY
JST Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Plastic Fabricator to join our team. This role provides fabrication, installation, onsite modification, and customer support for precision cleaning and wet processing tools worldwide. At our Meridian facility, you'll also assist with quality assurance and testing of manufactured systems prior to shipment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Fabricate, weld, and finish plastics to JST quality standards.

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Welder III to join our fabrication team at our Richland, WA facility. This role performs advanced welding and fabrication work requiring a high degree of skill, independence, and technical judgment.
The Welder III reads and interprets complex blueprints and engineering plans and uses drawings, travelers, and work plans to determine proper weld sequencing to minimize distortion and warpage caused by heat input. Essential Responsibilities & Duties
Perform welding on critical and support equipment in accordance with qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
Perform structural welding on parts and components per project travelers, engineering drawings, work orders, and applicable specifications
Read, understand, and follow WPS requirements, welding symbols, and fabrication documentation
Apply working knowledge of AWS and ASME codes to ensure compliance with drawing and specification requirements
Apply working knowledge of GD&T to accurately fabricate components to drawing tolerances
Fabricate, fit, tack, and weld parts in accordance with project documentation, with minimal supervision
Select proper WPS, filler metals, shielding gases, and welding processes based on material type and job requirements

Interface with QA/QC, engineering, and customer personnel to support inspections and resolve technical issues

Remove burrs, sharp edges, rust, and scale from work pieces as required
Maintain accurate weld records and ensure all required documentation is completed and kept current as work progresses
