Compensation:
$85,000 - $120,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:
Holds team accountable based on measurable KPI's
Manages office facilities and office supply inventory
Assists the Owner with recruitment, hiring, personnel, and general human resources operations
Handles training and onboarding for new employees
Supervises the work of the non-lawyer support staff and vendors
Administers payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits
Oversees the Firm's case management, contact management, and document management
Creates, implements, improves, and makes sure everyone is following the Firm's policies and procedures
Prepares Dashboards and Status Reports for the Owner and future Administrator
Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Communicates well with staff and owner
Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience, preferably with a staff of 20+ people
Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination
Managing bookkeepers, accountants, understanding of financial controls, technology services, and other vendors
Managing projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget
Implementation of policies, systems, and procedures

The Immigration Paralegal is responsible for preparing and managing a high volume of immigration cases under attorney supervision, providing top-tier client service, and ensuring timely, accurate submission of immigration filings. What You'll do:
Draft, prepare, and file USCIS and EOIR petitions/applications (e.g., I-130, I-485, I-601A, N-400, I-589, DS-260).

Under the direction of the law firm owner, the associate attorney must have the ability to work effectively as a team member while also handling an individual caseload.
