Michael A. Flaskey (born August 3, 1967), also known as Mike Flaskey, is an American businessman and chief executive officer of the timeshare company Diamond Resorts International. He is also the founder and executive director of the Diamond Resorts Invitational held annually in Orlando, Florida. Flaskey attended Limestone College where he was one of the first five players to sign with the Limestone baseball program under Hall of Famer Gaylord Perry and was named to the NAIA All-District team. He graduated in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in physical education. In 2009, he was inducted into the Limestone College Athletics Hall of Fame. In March 2017, Flaskey was named chief executive officer of Diamond Resorts International. Prior to joining Diamond Resorts, Flaskey held senior leadership positions with Starwood Vacation Ownership from October 2003 to July 2006 and with Fairfield Resorts (now Wyndham Vacation Ownership) from August 1992 to September 2003. He is also on the board of directors for Diamond Resorts. At Diamond Resorts, Flaskey launched Events of a Lifetime, an experiential vacation platform. He also is the founder of the Diamond Resorts Invitational, a mixed event celebrity golf tournament held annually in Orlando, Florida. Flaskey regularly appears on the MLB Network and has appeared several times on Golf Channel with professional golfers and celebrities, including John Daly and Lee Janzen. Since 2013, Flaskey has helped manage the Diamond Resorts Invitational to raise more than $4.1 million for Florida Hospital for Children.

Mark Douglas Wang
Hilton Grand Vacations

Mark Wang is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). Mr. Wang has served as Executive Vice President and President, Hilton Grand Vacations for Hilton Worldwide since March 2008 and oversees all of Hilton Worldwide’s global timeshare operations. Mr. Wang was appointed to this role after serving as Head of HGV Asia. He first joined the company in 1999 as Managing Director of Hawaii and Asia Pacific and has held a series of senior management positions within HGV. During Mr. Wang’s time as President of HGV, he also served on Hilton Worldwide’s executive committee as Executive Vice President and held a dual role as President of Global Sales for the hotel division from 2013 to 2014. He also led Hilton Worldwide’s Asia-Pacific Islander Team Member Resource Group. While leading HGV, the division has experienced eight years of consecutive growth while transforming the business to a capital efficient model. With 35 years of industry experience, Mr. Wang has earned a reputation as an innovator who brought new, highly effective sales and marketing techniques to the industry. In 1987 he introduced the U.S. vacation ownership product to the Japanese market. Prior to joining HGV, Mr. Wang co-founded three independent timeshare companies, where he served as President and COO of each. Mr. Wang serves on the American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) Board of Directors and Executive Committee, previously served as Vice Chairperson for ARDA Hawaii, and is ARDA’s Chair-Elect for 2017.

Mike joined arrivia as an accomplished leader with a track record of working with high-growth companies. Prior to joining arrivia, he was at Allianz, one of the world’s largest financial services companies, as the CEO of its multi-billion dollar global travel insurance business. The business achieved the top market share position and more than tripled revenue in the US during Mike’s tenure. Prior to Allianz, he was part of the management team that launched Orbitz, a leading online travel agent, and helped grow it to over $11 billion of gross travel bookings. Mike held many roles during his 12-year tenure at Orbitz, including Global Chief Operating Officer and President of Partner Services. Earlier in his career, Mike was a CPA and worked at The Pillsbury Company and Deluxe Corporation.

An avid, long-time collector, Jackie Soffer founded Turnberry for the Arts, a cultural initiative that gives back to the community by displaying works from leading contemporary artists and creating a unique experience for the public. Aventura Mall features pieces from such renowned artists as Louise Bourgeois, Jorge Pardo, Daniel Arsham and Jaume Plensa. And, under Jackie’s curatorial guidance, the Fontainebleau has become a significant showcase for important contemporary art with pieces by Ai Wei Wei, Tracy Emin and James Turrell. A graduate of The University of Colorado, Jackie Soffer serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Museum of Contemporary Art in North Miami. She is a Board Member of Fontainebleau Miami Beach and was recently appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of Washington Prime Group, which will be one of the most diversified portfolios of shopping centers in the U.S. retail real estate industry, initially comprised of 98 properties totaling 53 million square feet in 23 states.
