Prior to joining Fairfield, Kristen was acting controller and assistant controller of Brio Software, Inc., a publicly traded business intelligence software company, where she was responsible for the financial controls, accounting, SEC reporting, payroll, including the financial consolidation of seven worldwide subsidiaries. Kristen spent four years at Arthur Andersen LLP where she was responsible for the audit of mid-size public and private companies mainly in the high-tech industry. Kristen received her bachelor of business administration with a concentration in accounting from California Polytechnic State University and is licensed as a CPA in the state of California. And she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of CPAs.

Patrick Dolan is a Chief Fun Officer at Welk Resorts and Owner at Secret Spot Entertainment LLC and is based in San Diego, California. He has worked as Director of Resort Services at HILTON WORLDWIDE HOLDINGS INC. and Director Of Food And Beverage at Keating & Co LLC. Patrick attended University of Utah between 1998 and 2003.
