John S. Mengucci is Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations for CACI International Inc. In this role, he has primary responsibility for all of the company's domestic, federal, state, and local markets and oversees the company's main business groups - Enterprise Solutions and Services; Healthcare, Litigation, and Enterprise IT; Mission Solutions and Services; National and Cyber Solutions; and National Services. Mr. Mengucci possesses a strong track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies and managing large operations for peak performance to continue CACI's sustained growth and success. Mr. Mengucci's previous positions at Lockheed Martin included serving as President of Information Systems and Global Solutions - Defense. In this role, his responsibilities included the execution and growth of a $3.5 billion business area providing intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; command and control; data fusion; and IT solutions and services to domestic and international defense departments. Before this, Mr. Mengucci held increasingly responsible executive roles with Lockheed Martin, beginning with his position as director of Martin Marietta Corporation's Electronic Systems Radar Product Support Division in 1992. Mr. Mengucci's professional and community affiliations include having served as a board member for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Junior Achievement; sitting on the board of directors for the Tech America Public Sector Board and the RTCA NextGen Advisory Committee; and serving as a youth travel soccer coach and recreational baseball coach. He has received the President's Volunteer Service Award every year since 2006. Mr. Mengucci holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Clarkson College of Technology and a master's of business administration in organizational management from Syracuse University.

George Wilson is chief executive officer and president of ECS. Under his leadership the company has grown from a small, services-oriented business into a company with more than 2300 employees providing cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT solutions. Revenue has increased, during his tenure, from just over $100M in 2010 to over $600M targeted in 2018. He serves on the ECS board of directors, and is a board member of Professional Services Council, Brain Injury Services, and the Washington Choral Arts. Mr. Wilson received the 2018 Wash100 award, recognizing his impact in the GovCon sector.
