THE ROLE
The Analyst, Consumer & Customer Insights - Global Retail Hair is responsible for providing consumer insights to the Global Retail Hair teams based on consumer research and analysis of market data and trends. This person will bring the voice of the consumer to business building initiatives involving cross function teams from Marketing, Trade Marketing, Digital, Creative, PR/Influencer Marketing, and R&D. This individual will also play a key role in the integration of modern, AI-driven research tools into the Strategy & Insights team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and report market tracking data from various sources, covering different distribution channels including Nielsen, Numerator, and Euromonitor.
Together with agency partners, plan and execute, multi-country primary consumer research to build foundational knowledge and support marketing initiatives.
Proactively research, source, and facilitate implementation of new vendors, tools and approaches that utilize AI to analyze data and conduct primary research.
Continuously track and share consumer trends to facilitate quicker response through marketing and products/packaging innovation.
Update reporting tools to track consumer/market KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights or strategy (corporate or consulting), ideally in a large beauty or FMCG multinational.
Experience with market tracking solutions, such Nielsen, IRI, or Numerator.
Experience using AI-based consumer research tools and practical application of AI in analytical processes
Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate meaning and conclusions from a large amount of quantitative and qualitative data. Proficiency in Excel and Detail Oriented.
Excellent communication skills; proficiency in PPT presentation skills
Passion and high level of curiosity about the beauty industry; team player
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with major/ focus in relevant area (e.g., Marketing, Business, Economics)

Position Summary:
We are actively looking for our future Capability & Event Coordinator Specialist to join the Wella company's Education & Capability team, based out of our NA corporate headquarters located in Calabasas, CA. The role is responsible for the detailed planning, organization and execution of in-person and virtual training sessions and events, ensuring they align with the company's goals, values and priorities. This role involves managing logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, event timelines, and attendee communications, while addressing any issues that arise. The Capability & Event Coordinator also acts as the primary point of contact for all event-related matters, from initial concept to pos-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
To assist the Frontline Capability and Shows and Events teams with planning, organization and execution of trainings and events.
Developing event agendas, creating detailed timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with venue facilities, catering, decor, and entertainment.
Sourcing, negotiating with, and managing relationships with various vendors.
Handling guest/attendee communication, registration, travel details and on-site logistics
Overseeing event setup, managing production assistants, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the sessions

Qualifications:

Purpose

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York City office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.
Revlon is seeking a Finance Director reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Ted McCormick. This role is critical in supporting the CFO across a range of high-impact areas including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activity, Investor Relations, and special projects. In addition, s/he will be the CFO's key resource helping to address emerging challenges and opportunities real time. The Finance Director will have regular interaction with the CEO, broader executive leadership team, critical external stakeholders of the company as well as all external investors. This executive will be viewed as a cross-functional leader and change agent who is energized by transformation at pace and the strong likelihood of positioning Revlon for public company readiness in the short term.
Specific responsibilities include:
▪ Provide financial modeling and decision support for M&A projects
▪ Support preparation for quarterly earnings calls including preparing all financial Q&A and helping with the script
▪ Coordinate all investor one on one calls, pre-collect Q&A and prepare talking points.
▪ Proactively gain a detailed understanding of the 5 year plan, annual budget and latest external guidance to support the investor relations and Board prep work
▪ Actively support Board deck preparations
▪ Ensure cost savings projects are properly accounted for and tracked

Candidate Profile
The candidate will possess a strong academic background, including a degree in accounting, finance or business and an MBA with 8+ years of finance experience in the consumer products or broader consumer industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have relevant experience with a publicly-held, academy finance organization with a demonstrated ability to understand profitability drivers and to deliver financial results. The base pay range for this position is $170,000.00 - $210,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
