Summary A WellDyne Fill Technician brings creativity and courage to the Pharmacy Fulfillment Operation, as well as compassion to our patients. A Fill Technician ensures patient prescriptions are filled and prepared in an accurate and timely manner. The schedules we are offering at this time are:
Monday to Thursday 2pm to 12:30am
Monday to Thursday 8:30pm to 7 am (over night)
Monday to Friday 12pm to 8:30pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for filling and preparing prescription orders in a timely manner.
Accountable for stocking and managing the robotic counting machine.
Assist with stocking medications when scheduled.
Responsible for keeping the pharmacy clean based on a cleaning schedule.
Accountable for checking expired drugs on a monthly basis when scheduled.
Assist in monthly inventory count.
Assist with packing and shipping functions as needed.
Respect and maintain confidentiality guidelines of HIPAA.
Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
Technicians will be required to assist with inventory when it is assigned.
Perform routine, professional pharmacy functions.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Registered with the State of Florida in good standing required.
One year minimum of pharmacy experience is strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to fill 40 prescriptions per hour.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once.
Ability to work in a standing environment.
Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously.
Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, customers, and management.
Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines.

Work Environment / Physical Demands This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required. POSITION SUMMARY: Maintenance Tech I assists all maintenance personnel in the short term, preventative and emergency maintenance programs for the buildings, grounds and equipment at the campus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintains HIPAA standards and regards all medical or healthcare information pertaining to residents and employees as confidential.
Restores vacant units to “like new” condition (including but not limited to the stripping of walls and flooring, repainting surfaces, removing carpet, replacing glass and windows, patching sheetrock, cutting and replacing interior and exterior trim, hanging doors, and replacing fixtures.
Performs maintenance repairs on the equipment, buildings and grounds, as needed. This will include but is not limited to installation, modification, cleaning, and repairs of wood, metal and stone structures, appliances, utility supply lines, irrigation systems, plumbing lines and fixtures, security systems, HVAC equipment, electrical components, switches, light fixtures, safety equipment, elevators, etc.
Assists in the success of the preventative maintenance programs (hereafter known as PM) set up by the campus which will include but is not limited to PM on elevators, fire extinguishers, HVAC units, appliances, emergency generators (if applicable), and water temperatures. Logs all information in specified books, software or charts.
Assists in the installation, repair, cleaning, or modification of therapy pools, swimming pools, therapeutic baths, or any corresponding equipment. 8. Removes all trash located in the collection areas of the campus. 9. Checks shipments and deliveries from vendors.
Contacts and corresponds with vendors, contractors, associates, and corporate office team as needed.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travels occasionally for training sessions, continuing education opportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.
Responsible for knowledge of fire and safety procedures including those involving blood-borne pathogens.
Remains in proper uniform at all times and maintains a high standard of appearance.
Completes all work orders in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
A. Education
- High school graduation or GED required.
- Technical training in mechanics, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or HVAC desired.
B. Direct Previous Experience
- Mechanical or maintenance experience required.
- Two years experience in painting and housing / commercial refurbishment desired.
- Two years experience in a similar maintenance position desired.
C. Skills:
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must conduct all business with a professional manner and with a high level of confidentiality. - Ability to use hand tools, automatic / electrical machinery, carts, and dollies.
- Thorough knowledge of MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) and OSHA compliance.

Purpose (Objective):
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Senior Sensory Technician is responsible for the day to day management of the sensory kitchen and panel activities. The incumbent will also assist in sensory panel set up, execution, data management and proper documentation of the processes.
